About IACAIP
An international certification and assurance organisation for AI governance, cybersecurity and responsible AI.
Mission
To define rigorous certification and assessment requirements that help individuals and organisations demonstrate trustworthy, governed and secure use of AI.
Vision
A world where AI systems are governed, secure and accountable — verified through independent assurance and a trusted public registry.
Principle
IACAIP defines the requirements. Learners demonstrate competence. Organisations demonstrate controls. Assessors evaluate. The Registry verifies.
Who IACAIP serves
- • Individuals building AI knowledge and professional competence
- • Professionals seeking recognised AI credentials
- • Organisations implementing AI governance and cybersecurity
- • Assessors and moderators providing independent assurance
- • Third parties verifying credentials and certifications
Separation of responsibilities
The platform preserves a strict separation: IACAIP defines requirements; learners demonstrate individual competence; organisations provide evidence of controls; assessors evaluate evidence and performance; moderators provide independent quality control; certification authorities make formal decisions; and the Shielded Registry® provides public verification. Base44 implements and enforces this separation.
The IACAIP Shielded Framework® is a proprietary framework. External frameworks are referenced for alignment and mapping only and are not issued by, owned by, or certifying IACAIP unless formally authorised.
